The UK Parliament Has Been Provisionally Prorogued.
I say; "Provisionally."
This suspension means an end to the, highly ironically named, Domestic Abuse Bill (2019).
As part of that bill the Conservative government has pledged that the Labour Party's "Chinatown Community Outreach" projects will receive GB£50million.
To house; 'Rape Victims.'
Any one of that triad can now challenge this prorogation at the UK Supreme Court.
Claiming the purpose is not to allow for a new Parliamentary session.
Instead it has been fraudulently obtained simply to deny them their share of that £50million.
Under the precedent set in R. Miller v The Prime Minister (2019) the Supreme Court has no choice other than to overturn this prorogation.
Or alternatively former Justice Hale could simply apologise & retire.
If no such undertaking has been made by 09:30 (local) tomorrow,
I see no reason why she should consider herself entitled to a pension.
