I see BBC are currently grasping at straws. Desperately insisting that the Benn Bill is the Benn Act and now law.
The problem is that the document which gave the Benn Bill Royal Assent is the same document which prorogued Parliament.
The Supreme Court and Parliamentarians are insisting that document is in fact null and void.
So the Master of Rolls really does need to provide clarity on that particular issue.
