Peak Existentialism!
Britain has decided that it is exiting the European Union (EU).
You would think this Brexit process would be rather dull. Focused on the dry, technical matters of Britain's political and legal relationship with 27 other nations.
Apparently not though.
To some Brexit seems to a deeply existential matter. Whether you are a Leaver or a Remainer defines not just who you are as a person but whether you are even a person at all.
It almost goes without saying that those who identify as Remainers have not approached Brexit at all rationally.
Instead responding with the sort of zeal you would expect as if Islam or Hinduism had suddenly been made illegal.
Today the UK Supreme Court has addressed a Remainer challenge to the prorogation of Parliament.
So great was its bias towards the appellants the Supreme Court has ended up declaring that it, itself, does not exist.

Fortunately this is not the final word on the matter.
The Lord Chancellor, in consultation with High Court Judges, could conclude that the Supreme Court Judges were so deeply emotionally invested in Remain that it caused them to lose all command of their senses.
Vacating both the decision and the posts.
With the Judges being considered to have retired on medical grounds.
