Lady Justice Hale Does Not Oppose the Idea of a Monarchy.

She merely opposes the idea that she is not the Monarch.

The spider without a web as it were.

Or at least some on her bench do. Although if that was the case surely she would've chosen to wear pure plum.

The key quote being;

"It as if the Royal Commissioners had entered {Parliament} with a blank piece of paper."

Said piece of paper also claimed to carry Royal Assent for the Benn Bill.

Although that's probably the least of the constitutional catastrophe Britain's just inflicted on it.
