It's That Time Again.
When I make my bi-weekly check on Twitter.
My account is still locked.

In the sense that the nature of the punishment is no longer being disputed. There is merely an attempt to negotiate the length of the punishment.
Now all's needed is the realisation that it can only be negotiated in the sense that it can become more severe.
He will have to rot as a warning to any others tempted to raise their hand in a similar fashion.
