It's Certainly an Interesting Question.
As you may have heard the UK Supreme Court has been exploring a series of questions.
Firstly whether it can rule on the prorogation of Parliament.
Then, if it can, whether the current prorogation of Parliament was politically motivated.
Finally if it is illegal to prorouge Parliament for political reasons.
The UK Parliament has been proroged for political reasons. In 1938, 1946 and, most recently just prior to the 1997 General Election.
The 1997 General Election was one by Tony Blair's Labour Party. Leading to House of Lords reform and the creation of the UK Supreme Court.
So if the Supreme Court does rule the prorogation of Parliament illegal surely that means the 1997 General Election was illegal.
Rendering the Supreme Court itself illegal.
