Math: The Enemy of Remain.

The last time I checked October 14th typically occurs before October 31st.
Traditionally an annual event the Queen's Speech is where the government lays out its legislative agenda for the coming year.
As a result the days and weeks immediately after are the busiest of the Parliamentary year. With many ammendable bills and motions.
So if, as Remainers claim, it's a plot to block their coup attempt. It's a pretty ineffective one.
Also a legal challenge is a non-starter.
This is a decision of the Monarch. Courts are technically delegates of the Monarch. Hence the term; "Crown Court."
A delegate of the Monarch cannot review, let alone overturn, a decision of the Monarch from which they draw their power.
In much the same way the elected house cannot overturn a decision of the electorate which provide it with its authority.
