Today is a New Day.

I continue to be prevented from accessing my Twitter account.

Twitter claim this is because I encouraged the @SkyNews account to commit suicide.

Let's put aside for a moment that @SkyNews is an automated account. Therefore cannot commit, let alone be urged to commit suicide.

Under UK law encouraging suicide is a criminal offence. Contrary to Article 2(1) of the Suicide Act of 1961.

Twitter freezing me out of my account constitutes a deprivation of liberty. A liberty laid out in Article 10 of the European Convention of Human Rights. Something which falls only within the remit of officers of the Court. Such as the police.

So I hope Twitter have reported me to the police for the alleged violation of the 1961 Suicide Act.

Otherwise one of the many criminal offences Twitter can now be prosecuted for is that of Unlawful Imprisonment. Contrary to Common Law.

The failure to resolve the issue by yesterday's (19/6/19) deadline means that Twitter will now have to be prosecuted.
