Set Sail For Botany Bay.
Twitter have frozen my account. Preventing me undertaking any and all work other than pursuing the reinstatement of my account.
In freezing my account Twitter have committed a criminal offence. For now I'm prepared to keep the exact nature of that criminal offence between Twitter, myself and the relevant law enforcement agency.
However Twitter's freezing of my account constitutes the Actus Rea. The act of guilt.
Twitter have conceded that this was a deliberate act on their part. Rather than an error created by a fault in their system. Such as an Artificial Intelligence algorithm.
A question though has remained over whether Twitter knew this physical act constitutes a criminal offence. Or that any reasonable person should have known the physical act constitutes a criminal offence. This is the Mens Rea. The guilty mind.
On Friday, June 7th (7/6/19), I informed Twitter, through official channels, that they are committing a criminal offence. I gather that today (11/6/19) that Twitter has been charitably served, by the official law enforcement body, with a formal warning of the fact it is currently engaged in criminal conduct.
As such if Twitter does not cease it's actus rea an arrest warrant can be issued and executed against Bruce Daisely. Twitter's head of operation in Europe, Middle-East, North-Africa.
Once he has been taken into custody it is an obligation that Mr Daisely be psychologically screened. Mr Daisely appears to believe that inanimate objects cannot not only commit suicide but can also be urged to do so.
That is the kind of disordered thought process which means it is highly likely he is found to lack mental capacity.
At which point a Guarantor/Conservator will be appointed to make decisions on Mr Daisely's behalf.
That Guarantor will no doubt agree that it is unsafe for Mr Daisely to ever be released from custody. So will voluntarily commit him to a private care facility.
The Guarantor will then set about liquidating Mr Daisely's assets and holdings. In order to fund the longterm care he so clearly requires.
Of course if Bruce Daisely feels he's not up to the initiation ceremony.
Well he can always admit that he shouldn't be playing in the big leagues.
