Equinoxes And Solstices Are Always Crunch Points.

Although I've yet to decide whether it's the movement of the planets or the meaning we, as Humans, ascribe to them.
2026 must've been particularly rough on Hollywood. The end of Awards Season coming just a week before the start of the Spring.
Altogether it's got me thinking about F1's inherent overtaking problem.
I really hope we all understand that an aeroplane's wing is designed to send air at a lower pressure above than below. That difference in pressure creates an upward lift.
The wing of an F1 car is exactly the same. Only the other way around.
Clearly. There are far more wings on a modern F1 car than on a modern aeroplane.
Some of the wings on the; "Nose Assembly" are specifically designed to direct air onto the side of the car. The; "Sidepods." Those sidepod wings are then designed to direct that air into the radiator. Then over the engine, to cool it. Obviously when that air exits, via the rear, it's rather hot.
As all that air flows over an F1 car it becomes turbulent and choppy. "Dirty" is, currently, the correct technical; "Slang" term.
Meaning that the aeroplanes on the car immediately behind don't perform as well. Denying them the average amount of speed. Just as they need that little bit of extra speed.
So, anyway. That's where I am, about now.
Meanwhile, in other news. I recently invested in a new wheel for my gasoline powered lawnmower.
I'm an optimist like that(!)
