I Certainly Had To Get Back To The Gym.

The last thing someone like me needs is weaker. I wouldn't go so far as to say I've been experimenting with that massage-gun. More periodically fiddling with it, while reading relevant medical textbooks. I have to say that I'm finding it really good for sprain type injuries. The downside being that it seems to significantly weaken the muscles and ligaments it's used on. The other reason I really had to get back to the gym is that I spent American Thanksgiving, "Thursday" everywhere else, stunning everyone in Sports Direct™. By buying sportswear to be used doing sport, rather than claiming benefits and ordering takeaways. If you're really that interested I got a two-pack of crewneck sweatshirts. One black, one green. Probably Being Oversensitive.

I know it's the steam heating up the grease trapped in the stove. However that's still far, far too sensitive. Although Yom Kippur isn't the reason why it certainly provides a memorable date to remember when I deep cleaned the kitchen. Getting the stove as clean as it's possible to get it without it being factory fresh only made the smoke alarm worse. Before getting a new one and, possibly, finding a better location for it I want to open it up and check on the strength of radioactive source, the sensitivity of the receptor and the distance between them.
